Lisa Tretler,

CEO WomInsight

It is very important to me to help women find a professional path that is both meaningful and also helps them achieve their longer term goals.  I developed my company WomInsight for this reason and to address each individuals’ unique needs at the various pivot points in their lives.  - Lisa

Lisa has over 25 years of experience training and consulting to women and women-owned businesses in the areas of goal setting, business plan development, and marketing and growth strategies.  Lisa is the CEO of Business Boosters Consulting, a business strategy consulting firm and was a Co-Founder of The Acceleration Project (TAP), a nonprofit harnessing the talent of professional women to accelerate small business growth.  Prior to her current work, Lisa worked as a business strategy consultant at American Express, Accenture and Towers Perrin.    

Lisa is the Strategist-In-Residence at the Hynes Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Iona University, and is an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Columbia University. Additionally, Lisa has been a member of the Professional Faculty at the Wharton School of Business, where she has taught multinational marketing strategy and consulting skills development. She has also developed courses, facilitated workshops, and created mentoring programs in entrepreneurship and career development for corporations, economic development agencies, nonprofits and educational institutions.   Lisa is actively involved in the nonprofit community, serving currently as Board Chair of the Scarsdale Adult School, a Board Member of the Women’ Enterprise Development Center, and leading student mentoring initiatives on behalf of the University of Pennsylvania and Iona College. 

 Lisa received a BA in International Relations from Penn, an MBA from Wharton, and an MA in International Affairs/Spanish from the Lauder Institute.  

Lisa and her husband Jon currently reside between Westchester, New York and New York City.
